In these challenging times, here are some tips to staying well while working from home:
Recommended Ergonomic Workspace Set-up
-Create a designated workspace
-Elbows at 90-120 degrees, Shoulders relaxed
-Feet flat on the floor or on a footrest of some sort
-Raise your monitor/laptop—Top of screen at eye level
-Get up and move every hour
Stretch
-Alternate between sitting and standing
Exercise and Activity
-Create a routine of moving your body in some fashion during the day
-Stretch
-Take a walk around your neighborhood during a break or in the evening
